RoomPair Host Referral Programme

Effective date: 23 October 2026

These terms apply to referrals recorded from 23 October 2026. The referral reward is €50, administered manually by RoomPair.

1. The referred Host must be a new RoomPair Host who has not previously registered or listed a room on RoomPair.
2. Referrers must be aged 18 or over.
3. There is no charge or purchase required to participate in the RoomPair Host Referral Programme.
4. The referral must be recorded when the Host joins RoomPair or before their first booking is confirmed.
5. The €50 referral reward becomes eligible only after the referred Host successfully completes their first stay of at least 28 nights.
6. Eligible referral rewards will be paid by bank transfer within 14 days of RoomPair confirming that the qualifying stay has been completed.
7. The referrer will be asked to provide the bank details reasonably required to process the reward after the referral becomes eligible.
8. Self-referrals are not permitted.
9. A person cannot receive a referral reward for referring a property that they own or co-own themselves.
10. Duplicate accounts, collusion, false referrals or other attempts to abuse the programme are not eligible.
11. RoomPair reserves the right to withhold or cancel a reward where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, duplication or abuse.
12. Referrers should share RoomPair directly with friends, family or other potential Hosts. They should not submit another person's email address or telephone number to RoomPair without that person's permission.
13. RoomPair may amend or withdraw the referral programme for future referrals. Any valid reward already earned under the applicable published terms will remain payable.
14. The referral reward is separate from Host rent, renter payments and RoomPair booking fees.

Tax

Referral recipients are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise in connection with a referral reward. RoomPair does not represent that referral rewards are tax-free.

Referral information and payments

The Host may provide the referrer's name and an optional referral code during Host onboarding. Providing referral details is not required to create an account. Do not include the referrer's phone number, email address or bank details in these fields.

RoomPair reviews successful stay completion and programme eligibility manually. A booking confirmation or scheduled end date alone does not confirm successful completion. Test bookings do not qualify for rewards. No referral payments are made automatically.

After eligibility is confirmed, RoomPair will contact the referrer separately for the limited bank details required to pay the reward. Bank details are not stored in the referral form or Admin referral notes.
