Tell hosts who you are: work or study, budget, move-in date, lifestyle.

Request to book
Choose dates of 28 nights or more. Your card is authorised for the €199 fee — nothing is taken and you are not committed.

Get accepted
The host reviews your profile, messages you and accepts or declines within 24 hours.

Pay €199 once
Your authorisation is captured only on acceptance. Declined, expired or cancelled? Released in full — you pay nothing. Staying longer never costs more.

Move in
Your check-in pack is released: exact address, contact details, rent schedule, deposit record and house rules.
